Who We Are
Brooke
Owner / Massage Therapist
Brooke graduated from PCI Academy in Ames, IA and has been a massage therapist since 2021. She has worked at spa's, chiropractic offices, and gyms specializing in deep tissue, prenatal, hot stones, cupping, and increasing range of motion.
Her passion is to help relieve pain and restore wellness.

Brooke had her first baby back in September of 2024. Her daughter comes to work with her, so you can expect to see them both when you book with Brooke!

Kristen
Massage Therapist
Kristen was born and raised in Fort Dodge, and moved to Ames seeking new opportunities in 2020. Kristen attended PCI Academy in Ames where she completed her massage education in 2021 and soon became a Licensed Massage Therapist later that year.
She is always trying to help other individuals feel their best, and she enjoys helping clients understand their bodies. As a LMT, when she learns new modalities/techniques, she enjoys implementing these on her clients, when needed, to help ease pain and/or to promote relaxation. She is certified in Swedish massage, scrapping, hot stones, cupping and pregnancy massage.
Outside of work, Kristen spends her time being a mom to her little boy, whom she can’t get enough of. She also enjoys being outside, spending time with family and friends, reading, and doing puzzles.
