Hi! My name is Brooke and I run Renewed Wellness. I am located on Main Street in Ames. I rented a room in a chiropractic office for the past 16 months and just relocated to my new space. I have helped countless people in so many ways, it's time I reached out and found some more people I can help.
Here at Renewed Wellness, my goal is to provide healing to all who enter my practice. I am passionate about relieving pain, reducing muscle tightness, increasing range of motion, and so much more.
